LeasePlan Online is a modern
internet portal for LeasePlan’s Clients. It enables access to advanced internet tools, which
support and facilitate everyday fleet administration. By their means, companies using LeasePlan
services can get detailed information on the fleet, place an order or a request, as well as
calculate their lease installment.
Fleet Reporting
- Fleet Reporting is an online fleet information reporting system with extensive functionality and friendly interface
- It allows the Client to have access to detailed information concerning the fleet and each car that is a part of it , e.g., fuelling, milage, damages
- Reports on the system are available in the format chosen by the User – Excel, PDF, Active X
- The tool makes trend analysis possible – costs, damages, fleet size, etc.
- Selected reports are available in the graphic form, e.g., graphs
- It is possible to have special reports available in Fleet Reporting system sent directly to e-mail account
Fleet Administration
- Fleet Administrator is a tool enabling placing requests concerning everyday car fleet administration solely via internet
- By means of Fleet Administrator you can report lost or damaged fuel cards, theft of registration plates or documents, change Driver’s contact details, etc.
- User receives a notice when his request’s status changes
- The tool enables recovering the history of all requests placed so far on the system
- The construction of the system guarantees that the User will be involved in the management process as little as possible
- The system allows enhancement of information flow between the Client and LeasePlan, increase in fleet management comfort and limit in time involvment
Internet Quotation
- Internet Calculation allows single-handed calculation of lease installment for a selected car
- Internet Calculation User can make detailed calculations by choosing cars from the full list of all car models and makes offered by LeasePlan
- Person responsible for the fleet, or Drivers can freely select needed cars’ make/model configuration
- The system indicates which car lease contracts are about to expire
- An important advantage of Internet Calculation is the possibility to adapt available options to the Client’s car fleet policy, e.g., selected makes, classes of cars, or the amount of the fixed monthly installment
